We are currently seeking an experienced Security Business Systems Analyst to support a high-profile engagement with one of Canada’s leading financial institutions. In this role, you will work under the direction of the Assistant Director of Cyber Access Control to lead and support business analysis activities across multiple departments. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5 years focused on security-related initiatives involving technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Identity Governance. You’ll be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, conducting process analysis, facilitating workshops, and supporting solution evaluation, testing, and deployment. A strong grasp of Identity and Access Management (IAM), experience migrating enterprise Access Management solutions, and the ability to produce detailed technical documentation are essential. Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and business automation is highly desirable. If you are a clear communicator with a strategic mindset and a passion for improving access controls in complex environments, we’d love to hear from you.
- 36 month contract position
- Candidates must be eligible for Secret level security clearance (10+ years in Canada)
- Hybrid (candidates must work on-site in Ottawa 2 days a week or 8 days a month)
- Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
