You’re known for your ability to stay focused (even when the task is a little repetitive) and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to dig into a project. It’s just what you do!

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Report to the Director, Operational Transformation.
- Gain a working knowledge of insurance projects and procedures to better support customers.
- We’ll help you earn your General Insurance Licence (bonus point if you already have one!) to open more doors for you.
- Support clients across the province by monitoring email inboxes, replying to questions, and completing service requests.
- Deliver accurate, timely communications to policyholders including renewal reminders and new business documents.
- Review documents for errors or discrepancies.
- Deliver a TYLF (treat you like family) experience in all interactions with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Your customer service and communication skills are top-notch.
- You have excellent clerical and data entry skills with an eye for detail.
- You’ve got integrity and a strong work ethic in spades!
- You have a general understanding of insurance and are open to learning even more.
- You’re a wiz with Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related software programs.
