We are currently seeking a Senior Learning and Development Analyst who will report to the Manager of Human Resources. In this role, the successful candidate will take on a range of responsibilities, including being a key team member on our SAP implementation team, talent and performance administration, learning management systems (LMS) oversight, as well as involvement in special projects as they arise.
RESPONSIBIITIES :
- Implement performance and goals (P&G) within the ARC SAP framework
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design enterprise-wide SAP training programs
- Work together with HR subject matter experts to design and deliver enterprise-wide SuccessFactors training programs
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to administer the annual performance cycle
- Develop end-to-end learning solutions aligned with identified learning needs; partner with existing learning vendors and keep current on other learning vendor opportunities
- Facilitate the execution of learning and development (L&D) initiatives by coordinating logistics, materials, and facility support
- Lead the implementation of the LMS within the scope of the ARC SAP implementation
- Oversee day-to-day LMS administration, ensuring smooth functionality and accessibility
- Contribute to policy development, updates, and successful rollout across the organization
- Develop training materials as necessary to support the implementation of new policies
- Work with business units to create functional competencies
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of human resources experience
- Hold a post-secondary degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or Adult Education
- Experience with SAP
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies
- Display meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly skilled in utilizing MS Office 365 tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Capable of autonomous work, effectively prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment
