They are seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Designer with a strong background in building systems to join their talented team.
Job Summary : You will play a key role in designing mechanical systems for various building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop mechanical systems for building projects, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Create detailed mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit and other design software.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather necessary information for design development.
- Perform calculations and analysis to ensure system efficiency and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Review and update design documents to reflect changes and improvements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, with a focus on building systems.
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time management skills
