Jr. Program ManagerKitchener, ONColt Canada
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for life cycle management of key internal and customer programs : Overall accountability for the entire program.
Key customer contact at high level.Continuity from project to project.
Program Planning : Lead program schedule development and identify all critical path activities for assigned programs.Conduct Initial Project Build Plan meeting.
Lead future project scoping activities (develop generic resource loaded project / program schedule, budget, and risk register)
Program Financial Management : Ensure that all program deliverables are accomplished and supporting documentation is prepared for each program milestone payment.
Program Forecasting prepare accurate financial and resource forecasts
- Manage program risks, including : Assessment and identification of risks.Develop and implement Risk Mitigation Plan(s).Forecasting.
- Customer Relationship Management : Key customer contact for assigned projectsMaintain regular contact (verbal and written) with key customer representative(s), ensuring all key program events and issues are documented in writing Customer advocate.
Deliver maximum customer satisfaction.Develop long-term, enduring customer relationships.Elevate customer issues when required to the next level of management.

- Driving new projects, initiatives, and project launches from bid award through to delivery
- Obtain Enhanced Security Clearance from the Government of Canada
- Maintenance of secure and confidential company information
- Adherence to Colt Canada Corporation’s policies and procedures
