What You’ll Do

  • Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Oversees and supports transformational projects and maintains executive reporting to support informed decision-making at the executive level.
  • Works directly with key stakeholders to plan; define, document, and maintain implementation activities and timing.
  • Responsible for business case development and tracking / reporting of project and financial status for SIP, Delivery Office and Monthly and Quarter Business Reviews;

working closely with stakeholders and finance partners.

  • Owns integrated project plan, status reporting / meetings, and issue and risk management for the integrated projects (identify, document, support / develop resolutions, and mitigations), and appropriately communicates the information to leadership within the documented governance structure, reporting process and escalation processes.
  • Establishes tracking and monitoring systems / tools to measure progress and key metrics to ensure compliance with the operational model on an ongoing basis.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Create an environment in which the team pursues effective and efficient operations, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML / ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Bank’s Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML / ATF Global Handbook and Guidelines for Business Conduct.
  • Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vison / values / business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.

What You'll Bring :

  • 5 +years of business or project management experience in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of Project Management discipline & agile processes.
  • Must be proactive, self-starter and capable of learning new ways of doing things.
  • Excellent organizational skills, relationship management, communication, and problem solving.
  • Delivery-oriented, and demonstrated ability for strategic influencing, stakeholder facilitation, collaboration in cross-functional teams and facility with complex data processes.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working in high-pressure environment with rapidly changing deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with project stakeholders including senior leadership.
  • Strong technical ability with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Applies superior conflict management skills and expertise to persuade and negotiate effectively
