What it’s like to be a Broker Digital Advisor at Northbridge Financial
The Broker Digital Advisor is responsible for providing operational support to brokers related to workflows and process readiness.

If you are great at :
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple demands and changing priorities / projects, and deliver results.
- Strong ability to foster and build effective working relationships with both internal and external business contacts.
- Ability to analyze performance against monthly Key-Performance-Indicators (KPIs), investigates results and recommends actions to management to improve operational performance.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for report preparation.
- Demonstrated commitment to high standards of performance and aggressive goals.
- Demonstrated strong negotiation, consultation, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to provide virtual and in-person broker training, development, and technical guidance to brokers regarding NBI digital solutions, systems, and processes as required
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Broad technical understanding of real-time data connectivity solution
- Practical understanding of prevalent BMS / CMS systems in Canada and of brokers’ operations with respect to those systems
- Passionate about providing quality and responsive service to brokers
If you have :
- Post-secondary school education and / or equivalent on the job experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of insurance experience, systems or other related and transferable experience.
- Working knowledge of insurance trends, developments, current standards, and federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations an asset.
- Proficiency in operational procedures, workflow, and processing functions.
- Ability to work within a PC oriented environment, including familiarity with e-mail and Internet skills.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
