As a Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.

Location: Calgary, AB
Salary: $22.5/Hour

Responsibilities
· Ensure that the company is compliant with Health and Safety Policy and legislation including completion of risk assessments as required
· Monitor all customer requests logged through the Facilities Helpdesk and ensure that appropriate action is taken within agreed timescales to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Scheduling monthly PM's coordinating with contractors, including regular emergency repairs and maintenance.
· Vendor management: Janitorial, Landlord POC, critical vendors (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
· Setting up conference rooms
· Front desk coverage
· Orders basic office supplies and maintains pantry
· When needed, may help set up and support special events
Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
Dealing with people
Understanding the processes like HVAC or Electrical Service
Understanding of building operations
Nice to have skills:
Financial experience, budgeting- working with budgets
