Sales Representative

Position : Sales Representative

Location : Etobicoke, ON

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000 + Commissions

Industry : Manufacturing / Sales / Territory Manager / Packaging

Employment Term : Full Time / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and meet sales targets.
• Drive progressive sales growth through effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies, budgets, and plans.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and proposal development to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including design, prepress, printing, finishing, and shipping, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
• Additional related duties.

Qualifications & Experience :

• 5 years of professional sales experience in the printing industry, with a focus on flexible packaging products including shrink sleeves, pouches, base wrap, flow wrap, insert IRCS, dry peel IRCS, reseal it, and overwrap.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and drive business growth.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Able to travel within Ontario as needed
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
