GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
Drive our overall go to market initiatives and partnerships across multiple facets of the Cloud portfolio. This role leads and manages a team of people, but also requires significant individual contribution and a "roll up your sleeves" approach.
You will work with leaders from multiple functional groups and business units within the company including : services practice, sales, marketing, product marketing, field alliance management, operations, and finance.
You will also act as a key resource to manage Insight's Cloud partnerships, and you will meet with our partners on a regular basis to provide updates to our business.
You will also be responsible for forging relationships. In this role you will be required to continually assess Insight's Cloud Product Management and funded resource team, providing coaching, mentorship, and improving / growing the team as required.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibilities :
- Achieve margin, deal registration and supplier reimbursement (PI) targets for all assigned products, services, or categories.
- Develop, implement and execute successful marketing programs
- Work closely with Sales, Sales Specialty, Marketing, Operations, and Finance management to coordinate cross department development and execution of plans and programs.
- Direct management responsibility of a team of Partner managers, Partner Specialists and Technical Partner specialists in the accomplishment of assigned goals.
Essential Functions of the Job :
Manage every detail of your assigned responsibility within our Cloud business. See initiative through from start to finish and do the heavy lifting to manage end to end.
This includes matrix management of cross functional teams, while serving as the glue across teams within Insight in your assigned areas
- Drive our go-to-market strategy around key Endpoint solutions, sales enablement programs and evangelize Insight to our Endpoint partners.
- Nurture and grow relationships within our Endpoint partner set, keeping a strict cadence in place with key stakeholders.
Use these relationships to gain insight into what solutions we should be launching next / in the future.
- Communicate how Insight's solutions align with our partner's strategies. Solicit partner input on our go-to-market strategy, and propose and drive change that fuels revenue growth in our Cloudportfolio
- Create optimal strategy for leveraging our partner's investment programs to propel Insight's business
- Partner with Insight's services Practice teams and key Cloud and ISV partners to product-ize, market-ize, and evangelize solution offerings that differentiate Insight with our target clients.
- Provide ROI for Partner Investment : strategic joint business planning, partner reverse marketing, deliver results and enable GP retention.
- Combine software, hardware, and services to create solutions for our clients.
QUALIFICATION (EDUCATION, EXPERINCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Senior leader with experience leading teams
- 5-7+ years in partner alliance management with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge / experience working with key Cloud and ISV partners or product lines
- Possess excellent communication skills with solid experience in presenting and delivering key messages to internal and external senior executives and other audiences
- Understanding of enterprise sales and solutions selling
- Must possess ability to sell Insight to our partners
- Has deep understanding of Cloud partner programs and processes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Technology preferred
- Travel : Up to 10%
- Hybrid workstyle in either Montreal or Toronto, with a minimum of one day a week in office (Montreal on Tuesdays, Toronto on Thursdays)
