This position can be filled on a part-time basis (32-40 hours per week) and offers flexible working hours between 8 am - 6 pm Mon - Fri.

Key responsibilities :

is in search of a paid marketing specialist to complement our dynamic work environment. Your role encompasses planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing lead-generation campaigns through our Paid Marketing channels.

Your primary objective is to generate high-quality leads and ensure campaigns meet revenue and margin targets with a strong focus on ROI.

Other responsibilities are :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and maximize ROI.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of marketing principles to design and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Craft and refine sophisticated marketing strategies that cater to various market segments and business goals.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, ensuring their growth and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with various departments, business units, and stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with the company's overarching goals.

Requirements

Your qualifications

  • You have 5-7 years of experience
  • You have a proven track record in planning, optimizing, implementing, and analyzing lead-generation campaigns
  • Having a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices sounds like you
  • You can develop and execute complex marketing strategies and tactics
  • You would like to oversee and mentor junior team members
  • You excel at collaborating with various departments and stakeholders
