Job Duties :

  • Review and sort incoming resumes and applications.
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
  • Input candidate information into the recruitment database.
  • Update and maintain internal tracking systems.
  • Help with onboarding processes for new hires.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and databases is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
