Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a well known automation company in the Mississauga area.

This is a permanent, full time position.

Type : Permanent, Full-time

Hours : 2 different shifts (8am - 5pm, 11am - 8pm). Mon - Fri

Salary $47,500

Location : Mississauga

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers questions and inquiries via phone, regarding automation solutions such as pneumatics, motors, and sensors..etc
• Assist with processing, tracking and tracing orders
• Ensure the services are met on time and professionally for all customers
• Resolve any customer complaints with empathy, care and a sense of urgency
• Input accurate data in the system when placing orders
• Navigate the company's catalogue and resources to resolve customer issues

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write in French fluently
• 1-2 years of customer service experience within an office or call center environment
• Post secondary education in tech is an asset
• Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
• High attentiveness to detail
• Organized, reliable and able to solve issues autonomously
• Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment and prioritizing tasks based on urgency
