Job Title : Business Analyst
Location : Mississauga - 3 days - Hybrid
Term : 6 months contract plus extension
Job Description :
- Proven experience analyzing customer data, identifying patterns and insights that lead to insights to tailor business automation rules for marketing efforts.
- Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, ADO Journey and funnel analysis Business casing and prioritization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements ensuring personalization strategies align with and drive business goals and function within MarkTech stack (and / or identify technology gaps and requirements)
- Lead the development of testing agendas, testing personalization capabilities, analyzing the results, and synthesizing recommendations.
- Maintain project documentation and generation of reports to track the performance and optimization opportunities across the organization's personalization initiatives.
- Collaborate and integrate with Marketing, IT, Business and Data departments to ensure personalization initiatives are technically feasible and effectively implemented.
