Job Title SharePoint Lead Location Toronto, ON CA (Primary) Category Engineering, Project Management, Technical Advisory Job Type Full-time Job Responsibilities (Internal Title : Document Control II) Directs the Project Delivery Management System (PDMS) development, to enhance projects collaborative delivery environments Develops look and feel for PDMS ensuring alignment with corporate standards Understands SharePoint and Microsoft technologies such as Teams and OneDrive, PowerPlatform, cloud security and data governance Collaborates with project teams to gather business requirements and document the business requirements in a way that SharePoint PDMS can optimized for intended use Helps design solutions to migrate SharePoint PDMS system environments as per business requirements Develops the scope, strategy, architecture, methodology and standards for delivering project PDMS Performs customization and configuration of the PDMS to meet evolving business requirements Supports project and workstream leads in creating content for the PDMS Monitors and reports on progress of content development for the PDMS Develops robust processes, procedures, and user guidance to allow for efficient use of the PDMS Ensures best practice and lessons learned across the Project PDMS Ensures consistency of delivery approach through standardized project procedures ensuring integration and compliance Manages access and support requests for working area Provides system training to project and client teams Good working knowledge of business analysis tools such as MS Visio, UI design, Adobe and Screen mock-ups (wireframes) Branding experience and ability to follow corporate guidelines Experience in developing Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Requirements specification (FRS) and process flow documents Complete any tasks assigned by assigned supervisor or higher in an efficient and timely manner Working Conditions Office-based or site-based Qualifications Required Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in in project controls and business systems with experience supporting engineering and construction projects Previous construction / transit industry experience.

Education : High School Diploma or General Education Development certificate or relevant work experience Degree or equivalent with professional work experience in business analysis, project management, software engineering or related disciplines Licenses OR Certifications : Registered for and seeking relevant industry accreditations e.

g., AIIM, CIP Certifications in business analysis and / or project management considered a strong asset Skills and Competencies : Proficiency in electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Microsoft SharePoint, ProjectWise, Aconex, or any equivalent document control software Competent in assembling controlled documentation for the program and project In-depth understanding of document control procedures and filing and record retention systems Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal) Effective skills in Microsoft Office Equipped to work independently and as part of a team Comtech Group Inc.
