Responsibilities
This role will be accountable for
- Provide support for SharePoint and Power Platform custom developed products / applications
- SharePoint solutioning and development
- Support Director to build out SP roadmap
- Resolve client problems and queries relating to SPO and Power platform
- Take ownership of all queries, and identify and highlight issues to relevant departments for resolution and follow through until resolved
- Work closely service provider to drive issue resolutions
- Trend analysis and reporting on service
- Establish andply with SLAs
- To keep informed of new changes / defects that have been made to the program
- Assist and support your colleagues on your team in order to share knowledge and maximize team contribution
- Develop of process and documentation in line with Brookfield standards
- Add users, control access to document libraries, and set permissions.
- Provide SharePoint end-user training.
- Ensure sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
- Review usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
- Keep up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of the following :
- Advanced Knowledge of SharePoint
- ITIL Methodology
- PowerApps
- Content Management
- Knowledge of PowerShell
- Ability to work under pressure with limited time, direction and guidance toplete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Superb collaboration, interpersonal, andmunication skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology,puter science, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a SharePoint administrator.
- Software Development and Application Support experience with SharePoint, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
- Ensure the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability
- Administration, support and configuration of MS Office O365 for staff
- Maintenance / sustainment of existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)
- Maintenance, and sustainment of additionalplementary functionality for customer sub sites, lists, libraries, and content
