In this role, you will be assisting our wealth advisors and their teams to better understand and use our programs by offering exceptional service that will have a positive impact on their practice and clients.
Your job
- Manage the wealth advisors’ Business Expenses Sharing Program
- Analyze and respond to various requests related to the Business Expenses Sharing Program
- Review the eligibility of and approve submitted expenses
- Accomplish monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities
- Update the program documentation as well as SharePoint content
- Develop tools of communication related to the program
- Gather data and information, and prepare reports and analyses for various projects
Your team
National Bank Financial - Wealth Management is the fifth largest securities brokerage firm in Canada for its assets under management.
Its network is comprised of close to 1000 wealth advisors across 100 branches throughout the country. This position is part of the Strategy & Performance team, more specifically within its Advisor Programs & Policies team.
You will play a key role in managing our Business Expenses Sharing Program and be the main contact person for our entire network.
You will strive to provide the best experience to our advisors and their teams all while ensuring the optimal management of the program.
This team offers a dynamic and collegial work environment with as much flexibility as possible. This translates as a hybrid work model, in the office and remotely, as well as work schedule arrangements to help you to achieve work / life balance.
Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in a related domain and 1 year’s pertinent experience OR Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in commerce or other related field and 3 years’ pertinent experience
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel
- Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation principles (preferable)
- Organizational, analytical and priority management skills

Reason to require this language : you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
