The Opportunity :

Your role will be pivotal in driving projects such as Municipal Class Environmental Assessments, Master Plans, Feasibility Studies, and Capacity Assessments.

What you can expect to do here :

What you'll bring to WSP :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Professional Registration : Registered or eligible for P. Eng. In Ontario
  • Experience : 10-15 years in Infrastructure planning, with leadership roles in Stormwater / open channel combined sewers, water and wastewater projects
  • Regulatory knowledge : Familiarity with Ontario's regulatory requirements; knowledge of British Columbia's regulation is a plus;
  • Technical skills : Expertise in stormwater and combined sewer infrastructure modeling and infrastructure construction (InfoWorks preferred);

experience in water and wastewater modeling is an asset

  • Leadership & Communication : Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Project Management : Proficient in project management tools and methodologies;
  • Quality management : Understanding of quality management systems and their application in infrastructure projects.
  • You enjoy fieldwork and like to work autonomously - think the opposite of your standard 9-5 desk job! But also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment
