The ideal candidate willhave experience in Facades Curtain Wallin g or Glazing experiencethis would be a strong advantage however not desired as this rolewill offer lots of learning anddevelopment.
With a turnover of almost50 million Plus and an exceptional order book for the next 12months our client will offer the successful candidate exposure tosome very highend bespokeprojects.
Quantity SurveyorResponsibilities :
- Managewith final accounts
- Pricingvariations
- Producing BOQs
- Assessing subcontractorworks
- Procurement
- Processinginvoices
QuantitySurveyor KeyExperience :
- Constructionproject knowledge (Facades / GlazingAdvantageous)
- Knowledge andunderstanding of variouspackages
- Ability to ensure projectsare profitable and on parr withbudgets
