Bilingual Service DeskSpecialist

Ourclient in the insurance industry is seeking two dedicated andskilled Bilingual Service Desk Specialists. These roles involveproviding technical support to the Advisor community ensuring quickand effective resolutions to issues and enhancing overall clientsatisfaction.

Whatis in it foryou :

Hourly salary of $24 to $25 based onexperience.

6month contract withthe potential for permanentemployment.

Fulltime position : 37.5 hours per week.

Rotatingshifts : Monday to Friday starting between 8 am and 12pm.

Responsibilities :

Serve as the first line of support for the Advisor communitystechnical issues.

Collaboratewith the IT support team to proactively developsolutions.

Facilitate quickresolution of client issues to help them return to workpromptly.

Liaise between Advisorsand ATS Specialists to schedule technicalsupport.

Manage ATS Specialistcalendars and effectively assignwork.

Apply a resourceful andcreative problemsolving approach.

Address and triage email supportqueries.

Determine the best wayto assist clients by carefully listening and asking pertinentquestions.

Utilize the KnowledgeBase (KB) to search for solutions using keywords.

Seek assistance from moreexperienced colleagues and coaches both in person and throughonline realtime group chats.

Logcall details to track and learn from client interactions improvingfuture experiences.

Escalateissues to specialized teams when necessary keeping clients informedof the next steps.

Shareexperiences from calls to maintain and enhance the Knowledge Basecontributing to serviceimprovements.

Identifyopportunities to streamline daily tasks adding value to the teamandclients.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

1 year of experience in technicaltroubleshooting.

1 year ofexperience in call centers or IT.

Technical experience preferably with Active Directory ServiceNowand Windows.

Strong customerservice skills with a focus on clientrelationships.

Bilingual inEnglish and French (spoken andwritten).
