• Start : ASAP
• Estimated length : 12 Months
• Location : Mississauga
• Hybrid role - 2 to 3 day’s onsite (could change)

Schedule : Mon to Fri 9 to 5 pm. Some flexible for business needs

OT : On call rotation (7 people in rotation) Once every 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

Supporting various network platforms for availability, latency and incidents, while being

engaged on operational readiness tasks.

Reporting directly to the Manager of the pod, while still being available and accountable to

participate in day-to-day operational work like troubleshooting and fixing network issues across

all platforms.

This includes nightly / weekend on-call rotation as and when needed.

Troubleshooting complex incidents in a time sensitive manner and articulate technical issues

concisely to senior management.

Flexible with on call & rotation and shift timing

Qualifications

At least 3+ years of relevant Wireless technologies experience (e.g., Aruba, Airwave, RF survey

tools, ClearPass, Wireless authentication)

Minimum 8+ years of solid hands-on network technical experience in Routing / Switching

technology, Firewalls, Load Balancing, trace analysis / protocols.

Expert in network troubleshooting / advance complex network

Deep and wide on different network platform (load balance, wireless, firewalls, switching)

Ability to network traces and find route cause

Large network environment experience *7 years

Network troubleshooting network connectivity issues experience *7 years

Wireless Troubleshooting *3 years

Nice to Have

Banking experience *7 years

Process knowledge , ITIL Certification *7 years

VOIP - Cisco *7 years

Able to work on call (e.g. days, or weeks, and gaps in between) *Yes

CISCO CCNP or CCIE certification *Yes

Large Banking / Financial Industry experience would be a good to have.

Operations work environment experience (including : break fix, new applications, incident and

change management, etc)
