You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
You will work with cross-functional teams to gather insights and improve campaigns, while also managing external agencies and overseeing the marketing budget.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies - Independently create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with Teams - Work with our technical and sales teams to gather insights and enhance strategies.
- Manage External Agencies Procure and coordinate with creative and digital marketing agencies to execute marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management - Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor and Analyze KPIs - Establish key performance indicators to assess pipeline health and campaign effectiveness.
- Adapt and Optimize Plans - Continuously refine marketing strategies based on
performance data and market trends.

The Person
- Experience - Preferably 2+ years in a marketing role, but talent and passion are paramount.
- Education - Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and implement marketing plans.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
