We are committed to providing top-tier care and service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to be an integral part of our team supporting smooth operations and ensuring a seamless client experience.
What you will be doing :
- Front Desk Management :
- Welcome and assist clients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Oversee client screening, ensuring all necessary procedures are completed onsite.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
- Client Communication :
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
- Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Client Transactions :
- Handle payment processing for services rendered, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Operational Support :
- Collaborate with medical staff and technicians to ensure smooth client flow and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
You have :

- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Organizational Skills : Proven ability to multitask and manage front desk operations in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and staff.
Proven ability and confidence in handling customer concerns and or feedback
- Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in handling payments and client records.
- Confidentially : Demonstrated understanding of the importance of maintaining client confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.
- 2+ years of reception and / or customer service experience (preferably in a medical setting)
- Superior customer service skills are a must.
- Knowledgeable in medical, diagnostic imaging or corporate health is desired.
- Knowledge and experience using PACS, Oscar is an asset.
- Medical terminology
- Proficient in using MS. office programs.
The salary offered for this position falls within a specified salary range and will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the specific needs of the organization.
