- Lead and oversee ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery that meets project specifications.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Facilitate clear communication among all project participants, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present project status updates to senior management and clients.
- Identify potential risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Design-Build, Project Management, or General Contracting in the ICI sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes in the ICI sector, building codes, and industry standards.
- Experience managing projects ranging from $500,000 to $25 million.
- Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
