about this team We are looking for a motivated Junior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the SRE DevOps team, which is responsible for maturity of DevOps and Cloud systems in Site Reliability Engineering.
This team provides guidance and support to product engineering teams, helping them develop resilient software systems using best practices.
The SRE DevOps team collaborates closely with product engineering teams to ensure the reliability, cost management, operational maturity and security of cloud-based systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps and SRE maturity practices, driving automation and cloud adoption
- Balance support tasks with team goals, guided by senior engineers and data-driven decision-making
- Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and DevOps practices, contributing ideas to enhance cloud reliability and efficiency
- Receive mentorship from experienced engineers to grow your skills in cloud computing, automation, and SRE methodologies
qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering or equivalent
- Good understanding of the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Good understanding of Scripting languages (Python preferred)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS - preferred)
- Strong desire to learn automation, cloud infrastructure management, and SRE best practices
- Good problem-solving skills with an eagerness to troubleshoot and improve system reliability
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a desire to work in cross functional teams
- Possesses a passion for cloud technology, automation, and innovation
- Demonstrates a natural aptitude for coding principles
- Knowledge of e-commerce principles and experience or coursework in security and compliance are an asset.

Additional NotesImmigration support is potentially available for this role. Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance.
The typical hiring range for this position is from $84,900- $106,100 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
