Position Summary : We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our vibrant team! In this role, you’ll be essential in assisting our insurance clients, answering their questions, and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities : Be the friendly remote contact for our insurance customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and online presentations.

Help clients with policy inquiries, coverage details, claims processing, and billing questions. Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanour.

Collaborate with our internal teams to tackle complex customer issues and escalate when needed. Process policy changes, endorsements, and upgrades efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications : Previous customer support experience, especially in insurance or financial services, is a plus but not required.

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with remote communication tools (like virtual phone systems and email platforms).
