Mailroom coverage

We are seeking a mailroom clerk candidate for short-term coverage to work with one of downtown Toronto's largest commercial real estate services and investment firms.

There are multiple coverages from May to September, but there is potential for more similar coverages after this assignment."

previous experience as mailroom clerk is an asset."

Responsibilities

• You will work on a variety of tasks, including, Printing, Scanning, and Catalogue Inventory
• logistic support, shipping / receiving FEDEX,
• send waybills for clients, phone inquiries etc

Qualifications

• Team player
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (excel, word, outlook)
• Previous mailroom, scanning, or printing experience is required
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
