As a GeoComply Product Manager - Client Portal Solution, you will take responsibility for the product from conception to launch to build software experiences that will delight our customers.

The product will serve as an onboarding and integration portal for customers to access product releases and API documentation, SDKs, sample code, tutorials, and other resources that help them integrate with our core products seamlessly.

You will oversee all product development states, including product roadmap, OKRs, UI / UX, engineering, success metrics, A / B testing strategy, and release plan.

As a key member of the Product team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of GeoComply's products by leading the development of the Client Portal.

Your work will have an immediate impact on the customer user experience, driving growth and innovation for the company!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the roadmap and strategy for our Client Portal, evolution of GeoComply's current release portal
  • Lead the development of new features and functionality, from ideation through to delivery, ensuring exceptional user experience, scalability, and reliability.
  • Build and maintain an extensive documentation and knowledge base for all the core products, utilizing industry best practices and tools to enable self-service support and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular product roadmap updates, aligning vision with leadership and key stakeholders (engineering, design, customer experience) to ensure successful product releases, including the onboarding process, user training, and product marketing initiatives.
  • Define product success metrics, and monitor and optimize for future iterations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape, and use insights to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Analyse and review the performance of your product to suggest improvements and identify any issues proactively

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience delivering successful products in engineering or product management role
  • Experience in managing B2B SaaS products with partner integration component
  • Strong technical background and understanding of API integrations, developer tooling, and client portal development.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, with demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities.
  • Customer obsession : you are passionate about delivering an exceptional user experience, have design thinking and a customer-centric approach to building, experimenting, and iterating products
