This is a hybrid role with two days per week onsite.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will have an impact on
Supporting the delivery of a year-end compensation decision system, including data uploads, analysis, system testing, process review, and documentation.
Developing and executing diverse compensation programs, tools, and activities for various business units.
Providing expertise and guidance on compensation programs and reporting.
Identifying and addressing issues, trends, and gaps, and conducting investigations within defined parameters.
Collaborating with business partners to resolve issues, streamline processes, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal partners globally, keeping abreast of changes, and streamlining interaction models and processes.
Conducting data analysis to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and assess program effectiveness.
Maintaining a culture of risk management and control through effective processes aligned with risk appetite.
Staying informed about changing legal / regulatory requirements and consulting with HR policy / process owners to ensure compliance.
Contributing as a team member, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring timely communication of issues.
Qualifications
You’re an ideal candidate for this role because you bring
HR Program Specialist experience
Experience working with HR Partners and Program Delivery managers.
Working and managing relationships with stakeholders (internal & external)
Needs to support off hours (After hours and weekends as needed)
Excel experience (High level of experience)
HR Analytics experience
NICE TO HAVE
