Chief Technology Officer CTO
Job Brief :
We are searchingfor a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to leadthe technology strategy and execution in our product design ITcompany.
The CTO will play a crucial role in driving innovationensuring technological alignment with business objectives andspearheading the development of cuttingedge products and solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding ofproduct design processes and emerging technologies and a provenability to lead technology teams in a fastpaced creativeenvironment.
Responsibilities :
- Selectmiddle managers directors or other executive staff; delegate thenecessary authority to them and create optimum workingconditions.
- Represent the organization ordelegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization innegotiations or other official functions overseethe delivery anddevelopment of technology projects ensuring that they are completedon time within budget and meet qualitystandards.
- keep track of the customers wantsand needs to ensure a products success in the market and alsomanage and optimize infrastructure assets to meet the internalfinancial targets.
- Using the latesttechnologies track product success and monitor product managementmetrics and review technologicalstrategies.
- Conducting technical reviews ofproducts and solutions to evaluate theirapplicability
- Lead the development andexecution of product design. This includes managing productroadmaps prioritizing features and ensuring timely delivery ofhighqualityproducts.
SkillsRequired :
- Bachelorsdegree.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressiveexperience in technology leadership roles with a track record ofdriving innovation and delivering successful projects in a productdesign or IT environment.
- Exceptionalleadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire andmotivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Proven experience inbuilding and managing highperforming crossfunctionalteams.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and marketconditions.
