Responsibilities :

• Structure project budgets : develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize project budgets and expenditures.
• Monitor project expenses, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Produce monthly : executive summary, updated project forecasted costs and project cost sheet.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to forecast costs and prepare budget reports.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective measures.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams in cost-related matters.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Cost Controller, Financial Analyst, or similar role in any industry.
• Proficiency in Excel and excellent knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving.
• Certification in Cost Control (e.g., CMA, CIMA) is a plus.
