This downtown Toronto full-service law firm has a growth-related vacancy for a Canadian and Foreign / U.S. Trademark Law Clerk in their growing IP practice.
Whilst many firms boast about "work / life balance" this one backs it up with a modest 1200 docket target, 1-2 days on site, RRSP matching, bonus, benefits from day ONE and competitive base salary.
Above all else, this is a congenial, team-oriented environment with some of the premier IP talent in the city, making turnover unbelievably low.
Your new role
Each Clerk has a set of portfolios they maintain, but general workflow comes from the Lawyers based on skill level. Working within a team of 4, there are Senior, Intermediate and Junior Clerks to share the workload, as well as two Assistants to manage the administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for a talented Trademark Clerk with Canadian and foreign or U.S. trademark experience, who is familiar with CIPO and PATTSY.
What you'll get in return

Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $100,000-120,000, benefits from day one, RRSP match after one year, and ability to work remotely 3+ days per week.
