DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Opening, closing and organizing physical and electronic client files Drafting correspondence, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings / conferences and court appearances Drafting family law related documents including pleadings, financial statements, net family property statements, agreements, orders, affidavits, memos, etc.
Coordinating / Communicating with third party service providers and party’s (e.g. process servers, courts, appraisal companies, etc.
Maintain tickler system, photocopying, faxing, binding of documents, printing, etc. Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 2+ years of Family Law experience ( mandatory )
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of Family Law Rules and procedure Effective and efficient time management and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with DivorceMate This firm offers a generous salary, benefits and free parking.
