Position : Senior Family Law Clerk

Location : Toronto, ON

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000 per year (depending on experience)

Industry : Law / Family Law / Legal / Law Firm

Employment Term : Full-time / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities :

Provide Support to the team that practices family law in the firm.
Manage family law cases assigned with accuracy.
Collaborate with family law team to prepare legal documents and case files.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience :

Post-secondary diploma of degree in an Ontario Law Clerk program.

5+ years of experience in a Family Law Clerk capacity.

Strong understanding of family law procedures and processes, including Family Law Rules.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
