A career as a Chief Functional Analyst in the Cybercrime IT Delivery team at National Bank is acting as an expert in micro-services analysis and APIs.

It is through your technical skills, your experience in the software development cycle and your knowledge of web services, micro-services and event architecture that you have a positive impact on the processes of protection and prevention of financial crimes.

Your job

• Understand the strategy, issues and operational reality of business sectors to guide IT teams in developing innovative and efficient solutions.
• Identify and mitigate impacts in transformation projects, ongoing programs and new initiatives.
• Ensure the link between business requirements and the development team.
• Identify and document functional requirements.
• Contribute to different test phases : strategy, plan, test case definition and test execution.

Your team

Within Cybercrime IT Delivery, you are part of a team of 135 colleagues and report to the Senior Integration Manager. Our team stands out for its attention to detail, its quality of delivery and its great collaboration.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or university degree related to the industry.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in functional analysis on Rest API and micro-services.
• Agile Scrum delivery experience.
• Easy communication and ability to popularize complex IT concepts.
• Focused on meeting objectives and deadlines.
• Knowledge of fraud and compliance, an asset.
