Here is what a typical day looks like
- Utilize internal database to pipeline leads and drive new business
- Contact approximately 100 leads per day for sales qualifying calls before passing qualifed leads on to the next stage of the sales process
- Collect client information to ensure their eligibility for various programs and document carefully to ensure a smooth transition to the Sales Representatives
- Contribute to overall strategy by providing status updates to leadership regarding wins / challenges and opportunities for growth
The value you bring
- Strong customer service experience, preferably over the phone
- You demonstrate exemplary communication skills by easily breaking the ice with new clients and effectively gathering and sharing information
- Excellent note taking and clear documentation
- Sales experience is an asset
Hours : Full Time, Permanent 37.5 hours / week

Salary Range : $40,000 + quarterly bonus
