You tackle collections on outstanding accounts receivable with a blend of tact and determination, fostering trust and transparency with our valued customers.

Throughout the day, you dive into data entry and electronic filing, meticulously maintaining our customer database and handling purchase orders, ensuring that every detail is organized and accessible.

YOUR SCHEDULE

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of administration experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize, schedule, and multi-task
• Experience with scheduling, field management, and Service Titan software is a plus!
