- 5 yearsin program management project management and / or businessanalysis
- Experience creating and communicatingprogram roadmaps.
- Experience working acrossmultiple stakeholder groups to prioritize work and understanddependencies.
- Experience implementing andrunning program governance and related deliverables (status reportsraid logs etc)
- Experience tracking andcommunicating program and project status.
- Excellent oral & written communication skillspeopleinteraction and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Scrum is mandatory.
