Responsibilities :

• Understandthe specified requirements of the client and workaccordingly.
• Readconstruction layouts and blueprints to plan workprocesses.
• Utilizeframing or finish carpentryexperience.
• Providetraining mentorship and support for Apprentices asrequired.
• Ensureadherence to maintenance standards andcodes.
• Assistwith a variety of work scopes required for maintenance tasks andprojects including groundwork elevations and ground compaction forbarrelplacements.
• Undertakeany other duties asassigned.

Qualifications :

• ValidClass 5 Driver s License isrequired.
• CSTSand OSSA Regional Orientation OSSA BSO (Basic Safety Orientationbefore December 31 2018) or CSO (Common Safety Orientation afterJanuary 1 2019) isrequired.
• HighSchool Diplomapreferred.
• PreviousRenovations Experience anasset.
• 3years experience in a similarrole.
• Previousoil and construction industry experiencepreferred.
• Abilityto pass a comprehensive Drug Alcohol and Physical DemandAssessment
• Abilityto stand crouch and kneel for long periods oftime.
• Manualdexterity.
• Balancefor working onscaffolding.
• Strongmathematical scientific mechanical and logical reasoningabilities.
• Abilityto collaborate effectively within a workteam.

Fluentin spoken written and readingEnglish.
