What you will bedoing :
- Consistentlyoffer professional friendly and engagingservice
- Assist in the operation of all spadepartments and to have knowledge of all Spatreatments
- Maintain linen inventory to and fromlaundry on a scheduled basis
- Direct Members andGuests to appointments and assist them with the use of sauna steamwhirlpool etc.
- Prepare rooms for treatmentsaccording to specified guideline
- Maintain thefacility in peak sanitary condition at all times and report anyequipment deficiencies
- Maintain locker rooms ina tidy manner and ensure all amenities arestocked
- Follow departmental policies andprocedures
- Follow all safety and sanitationpolicies
- Other duties asassigned
Qualifications :
Yourexperience and skillsinclude :
- Previous Spaor Hospitality experience preferred
- CPR andFirst Aid certification preferred
- Excellentcommunication and organizational skills
- Stronginterpersonal and problem solvingabilities
- Highly responsible &reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guestneeds remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
