Global Events Coordinator
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a Global Events Coordinator to support the Strategic Initiatives & Global Events team in delivering engaging and impactful global events.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring events are executed flawlessly, helping to enhance brand identity, increase engagement, and drive business results on a global scale.
This position offers the chance to work with diverse teams across North America and Asia, providing valuable exposure to a wide range of projects and geographies.

- Hourly salary of $40.28.
- 7-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
- Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
- Hybrid work : 3 office days, from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities :
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality global events.
- Assist with event logistics, including registration management and calendar invitations.
- Provide operational support, tracking attendance and managing event-related budgets.
- Collaborate with various teams and vendors, ensuring clear communication and smooth event execution.
- Help create event invitations, manage registration websites, and provide on-site support.
- Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders and team members to ensure successful event outcomes.
What you will need to succeed :
- University degree.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in supporting global corporate events from a corporate or agency perspective.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable managing stressful on-site situations and unexpected events.
- Financially adept, with experience working with budgets and numbers.
- Excellent research skills and ability to think creatively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with C-Suite executives (nice-to-have).
- High attention to detail and ability to independently anticipate and resolve issues.
- Strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude.
- Deadline-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to read the room and adapt as needed.
- Enthusiastic about learning and expanding responsibilities.
