Your Opportunity

Our St John's office is looking for a Junior Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions team and own the following responsibilities :

  • Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence including processing mailouts
  • Entering documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database, preparing statutory correspondence as part of bankruptcy and proposal filings
  • Report analysis, creditor claims monitoring, and follow-up
  • Various other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required including working with the local team and others within the organization

Your experience and education

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • If you have a post-secondary education, it will be considered an asset but not a requirement
  • If you have previous Insolvency / Personal Debt Solutions experience, it is considered an asset but not a requirement
  • Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
  • Ability to support high level management demands with a strong attention to detail
  • Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Exceptional time management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
