Job Title Senior Integration Manager (Supporting the GO Expansion Program) Location Toronto, ON CA (Primary) Category Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, Technical Advisory Job Type Full-time Job Responsibilities (Internal Role : Project Management IV) Play a lead role in coordinating with the Corridor Leads and their teams at the Program Level, the Functional Teams and other stakeholders Support several Project and Program teams through multiple delivery Life Cycle stages Manage the monitoring and reporting of Program-level progress Responsible for managing, fostering, and maintaining senior level client relationships Identification and escalation of Program level risks and issues that impact on delivery Evaluate and establish best practice Program policies, processes, and procedures that are in keeping with the agreed Program delivery approach Review of existing conditions and establishment of industry best practice processes Ability to identify and analyze Project, Program and Business risks Mastery in setting up effective project controls systems and procedures Detailed understanding of construction technology, planning, delivery, and site logistics Adept at monitoring and reporting Program-level progress and assure efficient and effective use of resources across the program Understanding of various Contract, Commercial and Governance procedures Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of accurate data and reporting both internal and external Recognizes opportunities for innovation or improvements on existing working practices Manage and implement the assigned projects from inception through to completion Develop new project or program plans and expectations in consultation with and delegating deliverables to stakeholders, including clients Determine and manage the human and material resources required to complete assigned projects successfully Formulate a resource allocation strategy and utilize this to distribute work and budgets Exercise authority in managing the work and control the delivery of the projects per project plans Review and ensure adherence to the overall scope, schedule, and budget Identify risks and entrench mitigation strategies and contingency plans Monitor and report on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs, and address issues with corrective actions as appropriate to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines Evaluate the project's effectiveness by consulting with clients and other stakeholders Establish and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to various audiences, including the project team, client executives, key stakeholders, and Operations Lead scope change negotiations Oversee ongoing quality control, participate in quality issue resolution, and manage internal quality control checks for the project Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project and program life cycle Working Conditions Office-based Qualifications Required Experience : Minimum of 12 years of experience in Project Management Education : Degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Program, Project, or Commercial Management disciplines Licenses OR Certifications : Holding a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Skills and Competencies : Strong program manager level leadership skills to manage and motivate program delivery teams delivering high risk, complex projects or programs High level of knowledge and understanding relating to planning and project management tools and techniques Deep awareness of safety issues in an operational or project delivery environment High level of knowledge and understanding relating to contractual issues in a project environment Demonstrate senior leadership and core competencies at a high level of development The ability to engage and motivate others.
