POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Boutique Manager at our Lansdowne location. As a Boutique Manager, you will drive excellent results in all areas including team building, key performance indicators and boutique operations.

A day in the life

As a Boutique Manager, your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Achieve with team the daily, weekly, monthly sales and service level targets set for the boutique.
  • Maximize guest frequency, sales and acquisition of new club members in the boutique.
  • Maximize capsule, accessories and machines sales in the boutique.
  • Maintain current and up to date knowledge on coffee and the Nespresso product.
  • Continuously evaluate the quality of service and give individual feedback to the Boutique Specialists.

Leadership/Team Management:

  • Drive the implementation of company programs by motivating and instructing the team to meet operational and organizational objectives.
  • Motivate and coach team to provide exceptional customer service in keeping with our brand image.
  • Plan, identify, communicate and delegate appropriate responsibilities to team to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Provide coaching and direction to the team in an effort to achieve operational goals. Consistently review KPI’s to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvements. Create action plan to achieve goals.

Operations:

  • Monitor and manage staffing levels to ensure boutique operations and customer service goals are met.
  • Recruit, hire and train the team.
  • Establish annual sales forecasts and capacity planning with regional boutique manager
  • Utilize tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address inventory and sales trends.
  • Use all operational tools to plan for and achieve excellence in staffing, scheduling, monthly reports, cash management and inventory management.
  • Implement SOP’s and guidelines for the boutique ensuring team compliance.
  • Run monthly and quarterly physical stock inventories, place orders and check deliveries to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Deliver all requested weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.
  • In partnership with IT, ensure that IT systems function correctly.

What will make you successful

  • 5+ Years of High-Volume Retail Management; the luxury retail space is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan multiple priorities
  • Strong team-building skills with a history of effective team coaching and development
  • Effective time management, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Passionate about coffee and sustainability
  • Experience in the food or coffee space an asset
  • Being fluent in French would be asset

RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un·e gérant·e de boutique pour notre boutique à Lansdowne. En tant que gérant·e de boutique, vous devrez obtenir d'excellents résultats dans tous les domaines, y compris la consolidation de l'équipe, les indicateurs de rendement clés et les opérations de la boutique.

Une journée dans la vie en tant que gérant·e de boutique, vos principales responsabilités sont:

Les ventes et le service à la clientèle :

  • Atteindre avec l'équipe les objectifs quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels de vente et de service fixés pour la boutique.
  • Maximiser la fréquence des clients, les ventes et l'acquisition de nouveaux membres du club dans la boutique.
  • Maximiser les ventes de capsules, d'accessoires et de machines dans la boutique.
  • Maintenir des connaissances actuelles et à jour sur le café et le produit Nespresso.
  • Évaluer continuellement la qualité du service et donner un feedback individuel aux spécialistes de la boutique.

Leadership/gestion d'équipe :

  • Diriger la mise en œuvre des programmes de l'entreprise en motivant et en donnant des instructions à l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs opérationnels et organisationnels.
  • Motiver et encadrer l'équipe pour qu'elle fournisse un service client exceptionnel, conforme à notre image de marque.
  • Planifier, identifier, communiquer et déléguer les responsabilités appropriées à l'équipe pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations.
  • Fournir un encadrement et une orientation à l'équipe dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs opérationnels. Examiner constamment les indicateurs clés de performance afin d'identifier les problèmes, les préoccupations et les possibilités d'amélioration. Créer un plan d'action pour atteindre les objectifs.

Opérations :

  • Surveiller et gérer les niveaux de dotation en personnel afin de s'assurer que les opérations de la boutique et les objectifs de service à la clientèle sont atteints.
  • Recruter, embaucher et former l'équipe.
  • Établir les prévisions de ventes annuelles et la planification de la capacité avec le directeur régional de la boutique.
  • Utiliser les outils et analyser les rapports financiers pour identifier et traiter les tendances en matière de stocks et de ventes.
  • Utiliser tous les outils opérationnels pour planifier et atteindre l'excellence en matière de dotation en personnel, de planification, de rapports mensuels, de gestion de trésorerie et de gestion des stocks.
  • Mettre en œuvre les procédures opérationnelles standard et les directives pour la boutique en veillant à ce que l'équipe s'y conforme
  • Effectuer des inventaires physiques mensuels et trimestriels, passer des commandes et vérifier les livraisons pour garantir des niveaux de stock adéquats.
  • Fournir tous les rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels demandés en temps voulu.
  • En partenariat avec le service informatique, veiller au bon fonctionnement des systèmes informatiques.

Ce qui fera votre succès

  • Vous avez plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'un commerce de détail à fort volume ; le secteur du commerce de luxe est un atout.
  • Capacité démontrée à établir des priorités et à planifier des priorités multiples.
  • Solides compétences en matière de constitution d'équipes, avec un historique de coaching et de développement d'équipes efficaces.
  • Gestion efficace du temps, communication, résolution de problèmes et compétences analytiques.
  • Être passionné par le café, le développement durable et avoir le désir d’élargir ses connaissances sur les cafés Nespresso,
  • Expérience dans le domaine de l'alimentation ou du café, un atout.
