About the New Products / International Team in Toronto

Get in on the ground floor of our new R&D office in Toronto as a front-end leaning Senior Full-Stack Engineer!

Over time, our office will grow into a pillar of the technology community in Toronto . We want to attract thought leaders, who are passionate about solving engineering problems to form the foundation of our team.

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (with deep expertise on the front-end) , you will be at the forefront of our cutting-edge projects, wielding your expertise in creating visually stunning and responsive user interfaces.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience, ensuring seamless performance, and driving customer engagement.

You will have the opportunity to take a project team from "zero to one" by leveraging your aptitude for navigating ambiguity and your experience working within a service-oriented architecture.

What You Will Work On

• Collaborate with a tight-knit, cross-functional team to find solutions to customer challenges
• Take ownership of building full-stack (with a front-end tilt) flexible, test-driven software that minimizes tech debt and enables change
• Support, monitor, and maintain integrations with industry-leading third-party platforms
• Shape API-driven services that are secure, compliant, and highly auditable
• Enable an experience that is fully internationalized and localized for a global customer base
• Promote engineering excellence through technical leadership, knowledge-sharing and mentorship
• Enhance our testing, monitoring, and continuous deployment infrastructure
• Keep extremely sensitive data compartmentalized and secure
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on experience as a full-stack engineer
• Experience with front-end development and front-end technologies.
• Strong object-oriented design and coding skills
• Experience working with complicated systems at scale
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience building new feature from scratch, using clean, organized, and scalable code
• Experience supporting other engineers and acting as a "tech lead"
• Experience working using Agile / Scrum methodology in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a high-growth environment working with deadlines and milestones
• Experience with frontend development and frontend technologies

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.

Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
