Do you have what we’re looking for?
Work experience and studies that demonstrate your ability to manage, analyze and make impactful decisions. Work independently without supervision.
Able to combine administrative and financial performance with operational efficiency and leadership skills to make a difference.
- Excellent knowledge of P21 and operational procedures.
- Ability to analyze data, identify deficiencies and understand how to remedy them. Strong in using advanced functions of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to establish relationships with people, strong desire to help, understand obstacles, and provide efficient solutions.
- Highly adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with unexpected challenges. Strong sense of resourcefulness.
- Comfortable building and managing a team in a timely manner.
Challenges awaiting you :
Take the necessary initiatives to support the Regional Vice-President in achieving the operational and financial performance of his region.
Use your knowledge of the network and systems to profitably grow their region.
- Analyze the region's various performance indicators and customize the required actions, regionally or locally as the case may be.
- Identify actions to be prioritized according to financial impact. Mobilize the people concerned to quickly rectify the situation.
- Be the point of contact that makes the difference.
- Take all necessary actions to bring about a project that will make a difference for the region. Be creative in adapting to potential constraints.
- Organize virtual or in-person meetings on a recurring or ad hoc basis to facilitate exchanges to achieve and maintain operational efficiency.
