The Manager, Industry Managed Solutions is a strategic, data-driven professional who combines technical aptitude, market intelligence and financial acumen to contribute to the achievement of corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Leads the development of Industry Managed Solutions (IMS) governance processes, including intake, prioritization, program reviews, quarterly business reviews, and other executive reporting;
- Establishes process for obtaining critical business metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for IMS Leads;
- Works closely with Finance and IMS Leads to establish P&L targets, measures, and reporting;
- Partners with Marketing, Strategic Research, Industry Relations and Industry Engagement teams to identify relevant sector and market insights that contribute to solution strategies;
- Performs additional market and sector research in support of IMS objectives;
- Supports and participates in industry work group meetings, as needed;
- Establishes and maintains policies and procedures, goals and milestones to effectively manage work processes, operations, budgets and resources;
- Prepares and leads project plans to ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables through milestone setting, best practices and project management;
- Creates visuals, documents, presentations, and other materials for senior stakeholder audiences;
- Leads cross-functional engagement and collaboration on both strategic and tactical initiatives;
- Performs other duties, as required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in a business program or equivalent area of study;
- 2+ years experience in a line of business leadership or product management role within a services organization;
- Strong functional understanding of software-as-a-service business models;
- Expert analytical skills, with an ability to translate detailed financial analysis and data into meaningful insights to drive the success of business initiatives;
- Strong management skills and an exceptional ability to facilitate, lead diverse teams, and bring people together to collaborate and achieve results;
- A storyteller who is able to translate complex information into simple, concise business language in a variety of formats (presentations, documents, narratives);
- A business-minded and strategic thinker that brings concepts and ideas together to create enhancements and new solutions;
- A forward thinker with a drive for innovative thinking and continuous improvement;
- Proven ability to manage multiple and often conflicting demands and requirements, ability to navigate through ambiguity;
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people at all levels to advance business priorities;
- Proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically.
