Responsibilities
- Loading, unloading, and placing metal materials in appropriate work areas.
- Provide support for warranty and service teams as required.
- Use power tools and machinery as required.
- Perform special tasks which may require on-the-job training.
- Understand andapply company policies and goals to ensure a fair and respectfulworkplace.
- Provide supportfor manufacturing teams as required.
- Ensure safepractices and rules are in place for employee protection through a clean,organized, and visual workplace.
Qualifications
- Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Ability to Multitask.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds etc.)
- Physically able to Static stand, Kneeling, and crawl under truck chassis.
- Proficient in reading metric and imperial systems.
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Experience using electrical or manual tools.
- Ability to multi-task / cross train with-in various departments
- Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not necessary.
