Brandt is currently seeking a Retail Finance Manager for our Nisku, AB Truck & Trailer location.

The Retail Finance Manager is responsible for promoting and managing all aspects of Brandt Finance services to support Wholegoods sales for Brandt Tractor Ltd. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams while marketing financing solutions within an assigned territory. The Retail Finance Manager ensures that financing options are effectively communicated, competitively structured, and aligned with Brandt’s business objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Assist sales staff by obtaining financing to support whole goods sales.
• Build relationships with customers and sales staff.
• Prepare and present credit submissions.
• Manage deal process from quote stage through to document signing.
• Market value added products to our customers (ex: insurances).
• Generate interest referral income.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports as required.
• Travel throughout the designated territory to meet with customers.
• Prospecting potential financing needs for our customers, including non-Brandt Tractor product financing needs.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be available for travel.
• Experience recognizing and satisfying customer needs through a thorough understanding of the selling and financing process is required.
• Previous experience in the heavy equipment industry is an asset.
• Post secondary degree in business/finance is an asset.
