Kelowna Harley-Davidson is looking for a driven, results-focused Finance Manager to join our leadership team. This is a full-time, permanent role with high earning potential for someone who thrives in a commission-based environment and knows how to turn a great customer experience into strong financial results.
If you have previous automotive or motorcycle sales and / or finance experience and love the fast pace of the powersports world, this could be your next big move.
What You’ll Do :
Present and sell finance, insurance, and protection products to customers
Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth, timely deal flow
Build strong relationships with lenders and financial partners
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulations
Deliver a professional, transparent, and memorable customer experience
Contribute to dealership performance through strong closing ratios and product penetration
What We’re Looking For :
Previous automotive or motorcycle sales / finance experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to perform in a highly commission-based role
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Experience with dealership software and finance systems is an asset
